WHY CAN STARCHY CARBOHYDRATES BE SO BAD?

There are seven reasons not to eat starchy carbohydrates and so unless you are completely addicted there are no reasons to eat them. The addiction problem is not to be taken lightly.  Many people have to take herbal remedies to help them over the withdrawal symptoms.
