Action Plan for Detox and Weight Loss

Serrapeptase Enzymes

Take in Priority Order :

  1. Energy Plus+ - Take 2 with breakfast and 1 with lunch until weight goal reached.
  2. KarboBloc+™ - Take 2 capsules 30 minutes before eating any starchy carbohydrates, snack, alcohol or an meal
  3. Essential Herbal Cleanse - Take as per instructions on bottles. 
2. Drink More Water

Drink 1/2pint of filtered or boiled water every waking hour if you are at home, except for the last 3 hours. Tea, coffee or minerals water does not count as they do not absorb as good as filtered water.

Food to exclude and include Foods to exclude from your diet as much as possible include: grains and cereals (bread, pastry, biscuits etc) and root vegetables (potatoes, parsnips etc) for 3-6 months. Foods to include, Vegetables – 10-14 portions per day (kale, Spinach etc and as many different colours as possible, Fruit, Nuts, Seeds, Beans (especially Sprouted), Eggs, Fish (different fish 3-4 times per week), Sprouted Wheat Bread. Basic Health Plan

Using the Basic Health Plan will ensure appropriate nutrients and actions are taken to help the healing process.
5. Oxygen and Exercise Exercise 30 mins everyday to get oxygen around your body and get your lungs working and your heart beating. Walking, running on the spot rebounding on a mini-trampoline are best. Even dancing to your favourite music - just get your body moving. Failing that take OxySorb (an enzyme) to improve the oxygen absorbed into your body
